For up to one year, you can reach out to PonteVita Rx whenever you need a refill. We will send your prescription to your pharmacy of choice, anywhere in the U.S. Our nationwide network provides convenient access to your medication anywhere in the country.

No, you don’t need insurance for PonteVita Rx’s services to access your prescription water pills. PonteVita Rx operates independently and provides access to its telehealth prescription refill service regardless of your coverage. However, if applicable, patients can use their health insurance to cover their pharmacy payments. For your convenience, PonteVita Rx can accept HSA/FSA for payment, but direct insurance payments are currently not accepted at this time.

PonteVita Rx’s prescription refill service uses a tiered pricing model depending on the number of prescription medications required:

• $10/month for 1-2 medications
• $15/month for 3-4 medications
• $20/month for 5 medications

We bill payment for our services upfront, which means we collect payment for the full year upon opting for our services. This also means that you have us on the hook for a full year – even if you move, travel or lose your medicine. Contact us at any time, and we can send a prescription to you anywhere in the country. Our job is to make sure you always have access to your medicine. By subscribing to our one-year service, you would have to pay the total cost, which are as follows:

• $120 for 1-2 medications
• $180 for 3-4 medications
• $240 for 5+ medications

Please note that these fees only include the cost of our prescription refill service, exclusive of the actual cost of your medications.
