If you regularly take the same medication, you can appreciate the convenience of our 1-year refills. Please note that not all prescriptions or conditions are suitable for this subscription. Some conditions and medications require regular monitoring and adjustments from your healthcare provider.

At the end of that time, patients must contact their doctor's office, take a day off of work, drive across town, wait for hours to be seen and then have a simple 5-minute visit to request a new prescription for a refill.

We will send a 1-year supply of your prescription to any pharmacy of your choice within the U.S., making the whole process more convenient for managing your heart conditions, blood pressure and other health needs.

No, insurance isn't necessary to use PonteVita Rx's services. PonteVita Rx operates independently and can help you access convenient and affordable prescription solutions, regardless of your insurance coverage. Patients can use their insurance to pay for their medication at the pharmacy. For your convenience, PonteVita Rx accepts HSA/FSA for payment, but direct insurance payments are currently not accepted at PonteVita Rx.

PonteVita Rx offers a subscription-based prescription refill service that follows a tiered pricing model depending on the number of prescription medications needed:

• $10/month for 1-2 medications
• $15/month for 3-4 medications
• $20/month for 5 medications

We collect payment for our services upfront, meaning patients must pay for the full year upon subscribing. This also means you have us on the hook for an entire year. So if you move, travel or lose your medicine, you can contact us anytime and we will send a prescription for you anywhere in the country. Our job is to make sure you always have access to your medicine. This means paying the following upon subscription:

• $120 for 1-2 medications
• $180 for 3-4 medications
• $240 for 5+ medications

These fees only cover our prescription refill service. The cost of your medications is not included and must be paid at your chosen pharmacy.
