PonteVita Rx’s telehealth medication refill service is for stable patients who regularly take simple and routine maintenance medication.
Not all prescriptions or conditions are suitable for one-year refills. Some medications require regular monitoring and adjustments by healthcare providers.
PonteVita Rx does not replace your family doctor, psychiatrist or therapist. There are recommended screening exams, tests, blood work, etc. that cannot be done online.
If we cannot help you, we will not charge you. And if the treatment plan doesn’t work for you, we will help you find someone who can.
To get a prescription online for medication refills, you must:
- See your primary care doctor as your health requires it for annual physicals, blood work and recommended screening tests
- Be safely established and stable on your routine and simple medicine(s) for at least 1 year
